PRK 2009

It has been awhile since i wrote an entry in this blog.well, the previous one doesnt count cause the post doent relly need me to sit down for quite some time to think about what I should write. The previous post i just post pics from my handphone la and i dint write much huhu.

Okay you should have known by now my university just finish PRK (pilihan raya kampus). For once in 3 years i’ve been a student here, i really consider my choices when i cross the candidate for the ‘calon umum’ paper. The previous years has been like, OWH-HE’S-CUTE-AND-SHE-LOOKS-LIKE-A-LEADER-LETS-CROSS-THEM la haha. I know la, quite unmature but when it comes to ‘calon’ umum its for the whole university! You dont know like 80% of the candidates in the running. So how should we know who to vote for?!

Owh you may be thinking, we should vote based on whether they are aspirasi or promahasiswa. And some might say, we should vote ASPIRASI/EVOLUSI (the new name) cause they are the ‘kerajaan’ in the campus life. Well, you can say those things but when you’re only 1st year and dont give a damn about the PRK, you wouldnt know who’s ASPIRASI and who’s PROMAHASISWA. I guess, the university whouldnt let the candidates show TERANG TERANG they are proM or evo, cause they are affraid that it would lead the students to be so much into Malaysian-Nasty-Opss-Political game.

Believe me! The trend of voting for most students are still OWH-HE’S-CUTE-AND-SHE-LOOKS-LIKE-A-LEADER-LETS-CROSS-THEM. Hahahaha.

Well, anyway lets go back to the current issue! This year for the faculty PRK, MY FRIEND IS RUNNING as one of the candidates.hehe. She’s running for Promahasiswa, and I am a proud friend to declare that she won,along with the other 2 candidates from EVOLUSI, out of 6 total candidates running. Not a bad margin for her! You can say that she really had a fan base in FKE hahaha. And another friend of mine who’e also running but he didnt win la. So sad for him cause he really has that leadership skills. I know la cause his my coursemate! He was with EVOLUSI, but none the less I vote for him cause he is a true leader!.. he also ran for the previous year and also didnt win it. I told him to run again next year, so anyone from FKE, UTM who’s reading this VOTE FOR MENG ONN next year.haha

For the ‘umum PRK’ this year, PROMAHASISWA only won 2 kerusi instead of 10 kerusi.huhu. and out of a total 45 kerusi (including fakulti’s chair hahaha), PROMAHASISWA only won 10. 10 OUT OF 45!! WOW i didnt thought PROMAHASISWA would lose so much huhu. Well what the heck, i dont know the result for last year, so i cant compare whether 10 kerusi out of 45was an improvement or it was a downfall.
