Confessions of a Shopaholic the Movie... I love the book AND THE MOVIE TOO!!!

i LOVEEE IT!!!..
I went to watch it yesterday with some of my gurl frens. I did expect it to be so funny, probably funnier than the 1st book it self lol. and it was bloody witty!!! haha. I couldnt stop laughing in the cinema. I think everyone heard me laughing, owh well everybody was laughing anyway so no one will know it was me laughing like a maniac. lol

There was a down side to the movie. I expected it to be set in england as 'Becky Bloomwood' IS from england and I expected Becky and her parents would have this British accent but huhu.. they were entirely 100% american. :( or should I say 90%, since she is half finnish in the movie. lol
This movie is more like the 2nd book when Shopaholic goes abroad..huhu


Isla fisher was bloody brilliant in the movie... very energetic & very witty, just like how I imagined Becky would be. At first, when I heard that this unknown (to me, she was 'unknown'lol) actress was cast to play Becky I was like "Nooooooooooooo!.." I wanted someone like maybe Reese Whitherspoon or Scarlett Johansson. But Now I have to admit that Isla fisher is just perfect to play Becky.


Hugh Dancy was playing Luke Brandon. Not bad either. He is handsome just how I pictured Luke would look like. I like his Britsh accent. I just loove the chemistry between him and Isla fisher.

Would I go and watch it again in the cinema.. ABSOOOLUTELY!!

Cant wait for the next movie.

I just got a respond from MLNG for my practical training. They gave me 14 days to give em the answer.

heck dont ask why the name oF the tournament is 'gemer8' to me. I hate the name. :P

Once again I am busy with futsal. Huhu. This Futsal tournament was held in one night and finished in one night (super quick!). there were a total o 9 teams participated and TAKDENAME fC was one o the team. hehe. I guess my teammates and I cant get enough of futsal.

The tournament was organized by the KdSE (KOlej Datin Seri Endon) and was held at the futsal court infront o Kolej 9 cafe.

Not all o f my teammates join the tournament this time. Abie had to go to Perlis to watch Siti (exUTM and used to coach us) play for Kosmo. So fika was our goal keeper this time and we have a new team member! (I’m always excited to have a new member joining the team) her name is Achik, she’s a riend of fika and abie and she CAN PLAY! Not bad really for someone who never had the chance to practice with us she really can fit in with our style of play. And not to mention her stamina, I’m really impressed with her stamina. She can run thru the entire court in one match without complaining of being tired haha.

The tournament was similar to FUTSAL MALAM TOURNAMENT format. All the teams were divided into 4 groups. While in group we play league format and at the end 2 teams with the highest points go thru the quarter final and then its ‘kalah mati’ (dead or Alive?dOA Like the PC game haha). Since there were only 9 teams, 1 group consist of 3 teams and the rest of the group only have 2 teams lol. Guess in which group we were? Haha because we were soo unlucky we got to be in the group with 3 teams in it. And to add to our unlucky streak, we were in the same group with ‘GUrlz Lolipop fC’. Watta *? Haha. This time their team is stronger, cause most of the players were from ‘Nike Star fC’. Only one player was the original ‘lolipop fc’ (Mas). The entire team consist of players that represent our University for MASUM (MAjlis Sukan University Malaysia).huhu

Our first match was with ‘Ballbusterz fc’. We saw them playing ‘Gurlz LOlipop’ previously so we studied their style of play and we won! 5 – 1. And guess who scored?! Hehe. Yan scored 4 and I scored 1. I scored the 4^th goal. At that time I didn’t want to be the lastman so I switched position with Ira at 2^nd half. And I scored. I didn’t remember clearly how I scored it but I knew that I shoot it just outside D area. the feeling of getting my name on the score sheet is amaizing hehe.

our 2nd match was with 'gurlz lolipop' and we lost 1-3. we were leading in the 1st half but owh well. they just got better at reading our strategy.huhu

but we made it thru to the quarter final.and at the quarter final we met kolej 11 (ladies night fc lol) and they are known to be rough & tough players since they are palapes navy and all.hoho. the game ended with both team dapat telur ayam. 0-0. and penalty kick to decide who made it thru to semifinal.

fika, achik & yan took the first 3 penalty and huhu yan & achik missed. we lost 2-1 to penalty.




at the end of the tournament. 'gurlz lolipop c' won.bummer!

My super Cool Lecturer

You see, for this semester I am taking a mechanical engineering subject. Mechanical Science (SMU), in this subject we have 2 main stream Thermodynamic and Solid.

My class already completed all the lectures for thermodynamic and now we have a new lecturer for Solid. His name is Dr Hisamuddin Alham. He is very cool! And we are never bored in his class cause he always have new jokes to share and video clips to play during classes.

One time, he told us a story about a meeting between a Russian, American and Malaysian embassy.

I’d like to share the story with you guys.

The story goes like this.

The Russian embassy would like to mention something special about their nation so he told both the Malaysian and American that they can send their people to the space.

The Malaysian ask.. “owh really?”

The Russian reply.. “nah, just below a bit”

The American would also like to mention something about his nation.. so he said

“We can send our people down under to the bottom of the sea”

The Malaysian said.. “owh really?”

The American reply.. “nah, just above a bit”

The Malaysian also wanted to share something special about his nation but he cant think of anything.. then he said..

“We malaysian can eat through our nose”

The Russian and American said... “owh really?”

The Malaysian replied... “nah, just below a bit”...
