Making Kimbap

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

I've always been facinated with korean & japanese cuisine and their culture.. thats one of the reason why the probability you'd find me at seoul garden or sushi king is much higher than at ayamas or mcdonals hoho.. well anyway, yesterday afternoon I went out and bought some dried seaweed, carrots (tanggun tanggun tanggun! cua a o' tanggun), and some sliced ayamas chicken.. also olive oil & seaseme oil.. I was craving for KIMBAPPP!!...
[Kimbap is a popular Korean food made from steamed white rice (bap) and various other ingredients, rolled in gim (sheets of dried seaweed) and served warm in bite-size slices. Gimbap is often eaten during picnics or outdoor events, or as a light lunch, served with danmuji or kimchi. It is similar, but not identical, to makizushi, one of the many variants of the Japanese rice-based dish sushi.] <----muah wikipedia!! So how do you make kimbap???? easy.. since the pics I've just uploaded are not in order I'll just explain everthing 1st and later u'll read the pics caption la..haha... for some reason I cannot rearrange the pics.. blogspot lau ya... 1st get all the ingredients ready... the main ingredients are rice, dried seaweed, olive oil & sesame oil.. this are all the things u need to prepare the rice. n the seaweed is ofcoz for wraping them la.. for the fillings you can just follow ur preference. but usually carrots, eggs & cucumber are necessary.. hoho what do u expect? its a healthy food!.. for my kimbap fillings, I have everything I had just stated and I add some sliced ayamas chicken.. How to prepare the rice... this is just 'kacang'... you get some rice, 2 n a half spoon of olive oil & sesame oil.. mixed it all up.. add some salt and viola.... you got urself some kimbap rice.. taste them then u'll automatically figure out whether u r short of salt or need to add more sesame oil.. hoho.. thats what ur taste bud is for.. after that u can roll all the ingredients in ur seaweed... and its ready for eating... to make it more delicious, put it in ur friedge (sp?) and eat it with lady's choice coleslaw sauce..hoho.. but i prefer just eating the kimbap without adding anything sauce etc.. ;)
smear the sesame oil all over the seaweed after u roll it then it will make cutting the rolls easier..
put the rice 1st la..nthen u put the other ingredients b4 u roll it...

this make the rice yummy, yummy,yummy..

mix it mix it mix it... acctually u need more than this amount of rice to make at least 4 rolls
